Miss Marigold

This pretty cotton Yukata was a lovely gift from my Friends Barbie and Kaie from Japan. They were so thoughtful to find something so beautiful.. and orange!

For Animagic that year, I dressed it up with some pretty flowers and wore it around. It came to be called Miss Marigold and the name stuck.

They can't be seen well in these images, but I found some geta and painted all kids of designs to match the yukata on them. It was fun going ker-klunk, ker-klunk, ker-klunk all about the AVI hotel.

Comfortable Yukata are blessings indeed
