It's the wig that was going to be used for Sailor Galaxia originally, but it wasn't long enough to be put into buns. I threw this together to wear after wearing Galaxia. This is a dress of mine, and this was my most used and favorite wig for many years. She wears this dress for all of ten cels. It was a quick turnaround.
