Dolls

I quite fancy the Asian Ball-Joint dolls a lot. It’s fun to make up little bios on them and talk of their resin friend photo adventures like the nerd I am. Here’s my little doll family:

• Candide: She’s a Luts Beauty White Soo for super fruity citrus hued makeup. My first and most precious doll, my dear friend Aimee helped me get her. Somehow, I see her as being rather ditzy but with a good attitude and full of optimism.

• Yuzuyu: A Luts normal skin Nara, she is a cute little assassin with a sarcastic streak. She really needs a new faceup to bring out her personality as she is a very pretty sculpt. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot of good photos of her.

• Sagiitta: My lone Volks doll (SD13 Sizu Limited), she is extremely precious to me due to the circumstance I got her. Waiting at the Volks USA opening, everyone drew numbers to get in line. By the time my number was reached, all Sizus were sold out! AJ, who was in front of the rest of us in line managed to get the last ticket and gave it to me to purchase. Sagiitta is named for a character in Sakura Taisen V and seems to be melancholy and pensive. She’s a very elegant doll and one I treasure a lot.

• Johari: This doll is a Luts Minifee Lishe in special tanned skin. Se’s so pretty and dignified in her expression it’s like she’s always daydreaming. The minifee size is also quite fun.

• Torte Loaf: The tiniest of tinies, she’s an OrientDoll So-Ji in pale skin. She is a very cute little loaf who looks adorable with Johari.

• Octavia: She’s a Obitsu 1:3 scale body with a Gretel Head I did my very first faceup on. She’s very light, pose able and looks good in Candide’s clothes.

• Papi: She's a Volks Yo-SD Papi. What do we know about Papi? Very little. She is small.
